The dwarf-mirrors of Khazad-dûm once illuminated the underground halls, but many of them have since fallen into disrepair or have been knocked out of alignment.
Upon receipt: Swivelling this mirror back into place should restore some light to the halls of Khazad-dûm. Once you have finished, you should seek out someone at the East Gate of Moria in Nud-melek.
