Upon receipt: As you approach the enormous Easterling camp of Jóshkhin Orda, you hear the nervous neighing of horses -- not the wild horses of Easterlings, but the fair tame steeds you have encountered all over the Wold. It would seem the Easterlings are stealing mounts to put them to some evil purpose.
