Quest: A New Orc

The strange fungus infecting the eastern side of Redhorn Lodes seems to have affected the spiders, and even the ground has been transformed. With the many Moria and White Hand Orcs in the area, what impact is it having on them?

Upon receipt: The Orcs that wandered into the infected area seem to have radically changed. These were Moria and White Hand Orcs, and now they are some new form of Fungal Orc. What form of fungus could change their body and behaviour so drastically, and so quickly?
